WeWork India Prices: What a Day Pass, a Desk and a Cabin Actually Cost
A day pass runs about ₹399 and a desk about ₹19,849 a month, which is more than twice the market median. Real numbers from 95 WeWork centres, city by city, and what the premium buys.

WeWork does not publish a price list, which is why thousands of people a month search for what one costs. So here are the numbers, taken from the 95 WeWork centres listed on Dexwork across Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Noida, Pune, Chennai and Hyderabad.
These are quoted rates from live listings. They move with the building, the floor and how empty the centre is, so treat them as the shape of the market rather than a rate card.
The headline numbers
| What you take | Cheaper end | Typical | Top end |
|---|---|---|---|
| Day pass | ₹225 | ₹325 to ₹399 | ₹3,400 at the flagship centres |
| Desk, per seat per month | ₹13,500 | ₹19,849 | ₹60,000 |
| Private office, per seat per month | ₹16,000 | ₹18,000 to ₹24,500 | Higher in BKC and Connaught Place |
| Meeting room, per hour | ₹4,500 |
City by city
Median price for a desk, per seat per month:
| City | Median | Range across centres |
|---|---|---|
| Mumbai | ₹25,000 | ₹14,699 to ₹60,000 |
| Delhi | ₹22,000 | ₹22,000 to ₹33,500 |

What the premium actually buys
- The buildings. WeWork takes Grade A towers in the best micro markets. If clients visit, the address does some of your selling.
- Consistency. A centre in Pune runs like a centre in Gurgaon. For a distributed team that is worth real money.
- All Access. One membership, any city, useful if your people travel.
- Things get fixed. Better wifi, better furniture, staff who deal with problems without being chased twice.
What is usually not included
Ask about each of these before you sign, because they are where the monthly bill grows:
- Meeting room hours past your monthly credit, at around ₹4,500 an hour
- Car parking, quoted separately in most towers
- Printing past a page allowance
- Air conditioning outside building hours
- GST at 18% on the whole invoice
When it is not worth it
For a ten person team, the gap between WeWork at ₹19,849 and a good local operator at ₹9,500 is ₹12.4 lakh a year. That is a senior hire, or eighteen months of runway extension on a small burn.
The honest test: would you say the name of your building to a customer? If it never comes up, you are paying for something nobody sees.
Four cheaper ways to get the same thing
- Same building, different operator. Grade A towers usually house two or three. One International Centre in Lower Parel has both WeWork and Awfis in it, at very different prices.
- Day passes for the days that matter. ₹399 when a client visits, something cheaper as your base.
- Move one micro market. In Mumbai, BKC at a ₹22,999 median against Andheri East at ₹12,000 is about fifteen minutes on the road.
- Negotiate. Published rates are opening positions, particularly for six seats or more on a twelve month term. Ask for the first month free, or for meeting room credits, if the rate will not move.
The short version
WeWork is a good product at a price that only makes sense when the address is doing work for you. If it is, take it. If your team just needs somewhere good to sit, the same quality is available at half the money one street away.
