The same desk ranges from ₹7,500 to ₹19,849 a month depending only on whose logo is at the door. Median prices for the big Indian operators, from 800 live centres.
Operators do not publish price lists, so comparing them normally means five sales calls and a spreadsheet. Here is the comparison, built from more than 700 live centres listed on Dexwork rather than from anybody's brochure.

All figures are medians of quoted prices per seat per month. The market median across every operator is ₹8,000, so most of the names above sit at or above it. Hundreds of smaller independent operators sit below.
What actually separates them
WeWork and Table Space are the premium end. Grade A towers, consistent fit out, a name a client recognises. You pay two to four times the market median for it.
Awfis is the widest network in the country, ten cities and hundreds of centres, and prices sit just above the median. If you need the same operator in several cities without paying WeWork rates, this is usually the answer.
91springboard and BHIVE sit close to the median with a strong startup community feel. BHIVE is Bengaluru heavy. Its ₹200 day pass is the cheapest of the big names by a distance.
IndiQube and Smartworks are managed office specialists. They are built for a company that wants a private floor of 30 to 300 seats, not for one person taking a desk.
Incuspaze is the value end of the branded operators, roughly 6% below the market median, in nine cities.

Awfis at ₹475 an hour and WeWork at ₹4,500 is nearly a tenfold difference for a room with a screen and a table. If your team interviews, pitches or runs weekly reviews, this line can be worth more than the desk rate.
Work out your real usage. Ten hours a month at WeWork is ₹45,000. The same ten hours at Awfis is ₹4,750.
What the table cannot tell you
- Which floor. Two centres from the same brand in one city can differ by ₹10,000 a seat.
- How full it is. An empty centre negotiates. A full one does not.
- The commute. A cheaper seat 40 minutes further away is not cheaper.
- Whether they will do a deal. Six or more seats on a twelve month term moves most quoted prices.
How to use this
- Fix your budget per seat first. That decides your shortlist faster than any brand preference.
- Pick two operators from your band and one from the band above, then visit all three. Seeing a ₹19,000 seat next to a ₹9,500 seat tells you quickly whether the difference is worth it to you.
- Ask each one for their number on your exact seat count and term, not their list price.
