The trade off is the address. If your clients are Gurgaon MNCs, Sector 62 is the wrong side of Delhi and every meeting is a two hour round trip.

What to check here
- The tower matters more than the sector. IThum, Corenthum and the Logix buildings differ a lot in upkeep. Visit the actual floor.
- Power backup. Ask what runs on backup and for how long. It is a real question in Noida.
- Metro walk. Some buildings are five minutes from the station, others need an auto.
- Day pass pricing. At ₹900 the local day pass is dearer than Delhi's ₹400, so if you only need occasional days, look at a monthly plan sooner.

Sector 63 next door is cheaper again at a ₹6,499 median. Sector 16 sits at ₹7,999 with better Delhi access. Gurgaon costs more but puts you next to the MNC client base.
