Connectivity. Two metro lines within walking distance, the Outer Ring Road at the door, and Saket, Greater Kailash and Okhla all inside fifteen minutes.
Price. A seat here is around ₹3,000 a month cheaper than Connaught Place for a similar grade of building.
The ecosystem. If you touch hardware, repairs, components or IT distribution, the market downstairs is your supply chain.
The trade off is the crowd. Nehru Place at 1pm is busy in a way that a business park is not, and parking is genuinely difficult.

What to check here
- The building, not the brochure. Nehru Place towers vary hugely in age and upkeep. Visit the actual floor.
- Lifts. In the older towers, the queue at 10am is a real part of your commute.
- Parking. Ask what is included and what a second car costs.
- Power backup. Confirm it covers your floor, not just the lifts and corridors.
