- Heritage or modern. The circle buildings are listed and charming, with the lifts and air conditioning of their age. The towers on Barakhamba Road are the opposite trade.
- Parking. Ask exactly how many bays, where, and what a second one costs.
- Which block. Inner circle, outer circle and the radial roads price differently and feel different.
- Noise. Some floors face the circle. Sit in the room before you commit.
