- Which pocket. Chakala, MIDC, SEEPZ and Marol feel different and price differently. Walk the last 500 metres before you decide.
- The lane. Some buildings sit off narrow internal roads that seize up at 6pm.
- Building age. The gap between a 2005 MIDC block and a new tower is bigger than the price difference suggests.
- Metro walk. Marol Naka and Andheri are walkable from some buildings and a hot fifteen minutes from others.
