Why teams choose it
New buildings. Most of the stock here is post 2010, so lifts, air conditioning and parking are in better shape than the older parts of Pune.

Airport. Twenty minutes on a good day, which is the shortest of any Pune business district.
The trade off is getting there from the west of the city. Kharadi to Hinjawadi is the worst commute in Pune, so if half your team lives that side, this is the wrong end of town.

What to check here
- Inside the park or outside. Space inside EON has better security and worse flexibility. Outside is cheaper and easier to get in and out of.
- The bridge. Access from the Nagar Road side depends on a couple of chokepoints. Drive it at 6pm before you decide.
- Food and pantry. Newer buildings can be light on options nearby.
- Expansion. Kharadi fills up. Ask what happens when you need ten more seats.
